[New Video] Big Sean – “What U Doin? (Bull$#!@tting)” Video

I don’t know what’s worse: a rapper taking pride in intentionally slacking on the track or the fact that it actually turned out pretty decent. Soulja Boy, eat your swag out. G.O.O.D. Music has arrived in the form of Sean Anderson as he delivers a comical clip to get his album promo officially off the ground running.

Finally Famous coming September 14th…until the label tells him to stop bullshitting.

Bman Hater Free Vol. 3: This Is Not My Forte Album Review [New Mixtape]

Bman Hater Free Vol. 3: This Is Not My Forte Album Review [New Mixtape]

Hate is one thing people do when he or she wants to be like someone that’s doing something that he or she wants to do. Instead of giving the next person props for their success, the hater will talk down on that man. The successful do not hate on the next person, therefore the successful lives Hater Free.

You like that introduction right? ;)

Here’s the Mixtape Review for Hater Free Vol. 3

I popped in Hater Free v3 while I was working on the site, because my homies was telling me a lot about it. It started off with a flow to Drake ft Lil Wayne Ransom and Bman lyrically assaulted the track which captured my interest; I continued to play more as the song transitions smoothly into Causing Static which is beat made with just percussion with the hook [in a Screwed Up (Deep) voice] saying “This flow is  a Caprice” maybe because the bass in the beat is BIG.

Hater Free Vol. 3 starts of fast then it slows down to the smooth r&b song called “My Place” featuring Jolli and Frank Rose which is pretty slow and sensual.

One song I’m feeling on this mixtape is the song  called We The B.E.S.T. featuring GameSTAR Dazzy, Bman & Dazzy killed that cool kids beat. We The B.E.S.T. was then back doored by The Shooters produced song called “Higher.” I’m definitely feeling the beat. ;)

Overall, The mixtape is worth listening to. Hater Free v3 have the Lyrical Content and Substance and some hot beats. I am feeling the mixtape. One thing I could say about Hater Free vol. 3 is that this mixtape is garnered towards more than one crowds, you can take this mixtape from coast to coast. Check it out the tape  and prove me right.

Frank Rose “The Breaks” Album REVIEW- Far from a Let Down, More Like A Step Above.

Frank Rose “The Breaks” Album REVIEW- Far from a Let Down, More Like A Step Above.

Frank Rosé The Breaks

As the south hip hop scene becomes more “diverse”  there is one unsigned artist that stands head and shoulders above his competition.

Artist Frank Rose is phenomenal with his craft. I was lucky enough to witness his work ethic and drive during the making of his latest mixtape “The Breaks”.

Frank Rosé production for The Breaks was very strategic.

From soul samples to hard hitting original beats each track has its significance and holds its own on the mixtape. The fact that this mixtape only has a few tracks and that it seems like an EP is irrelevant.

When it comes to music, quality beats and songs over quantity wack music, any day.

I got a chance to chop it up with Rosé, also known as Star-B, and I asked him a few questions.

The first question questions I asked was “Why so short?”

He laughed and responded with ” I knew that question was coming, but I wanted songs on here that people could relate to and make it go so hard that each song on here would be someone’s favortite.”

Rosé continued to say ” See people get so caught up on worrying about having a quanity amount of songs on a mixtape and sacrifice the quality and end up maybe having four or five hits out of 21 tracks. I told myself that I would focus on the quality, so I made 11 banging ass tracks ” he laughs off and ended that statement saying “The Breaks is filled with anthems and there is song for every emotion that people could relate to.”

All the tracks are gold but there are some instant hits.

“What Women Want” Ft. Shod B and Britney Watson is one of those hits. With the soul sample and the two soul voices of the singers it blends perfect to create a hell-of-a song.

Another song that shows his versatility is the club banger “Big Whopper”. I know… That’s a hell of a title for a song, right?

Overall, The Breaks is well put together mixtape with fantastic production.

I gave it a “A-” only because I wanted to hear more lol. This is A1 music from an A1 artist Frank Rose “The Breaks”

My Picks from The Breaks Mixtape:

What Women Want ft Shod-B and Brittney Watson

Big Whopper

Now I Must Face

Stencil and Pencils
