So it was 2 o’clock on a Tuesday night and out of no where I got a craving for something sweet not just any thing but something in particular. I wanted some Shipley’s doughnuts so I snuck out the house I say snuck because my got damn garage is so damn loud. So I know where there’s a 24hr Shipley’s, 1st thing when I get there there’s some guy (race not needed) but I assume he was macking to the lady in the window so I’m waiting for like 5 mins behind him. Then he pulls off seemingly unsuccessful at getting the number. I get up there and I order I ask for a bear claw and a cinnamon twist it was 2.40 so I had a 1 and a lot of change and I also had a 20. I was going to pay with exact change that being the 1 and 1.40 in change but I didn’t wana look bummish. So I pay with the 20 and I also gave her 40 cent. As I’m paying a dirty man looking like he was in his 40’s maybe! Walks up and stands at the corner of the building. I instantly knew he wanted some money so I picked up my cell phone and looked at it so he didn’t look at me. But I had to get my change so the lady gives me my food and my change. So I’m pulling out and he waives me down. So I stopped he says “hey man please I need 4 dollars to check in the sun suits hotel I need a place to sleep and I need a shower. “ I gave him the 3 dollars and he was like god bless you and he kissed his hand and tried to shake mine. I declined! But as I drove away I thought to myself he looks like he was either feining, crying a few mins before, or he was already high on something. Basically his eyes were hella red. So now I’m wondering if I was either nice or stupid. How would you feel?
